The discipline of the thought life - not an undisciplined thought life, is my goal.

Who is your ideal reader?

My ideal reader is a person who wants to train their thoughts.

How did you know when you had the right book idea?

It took ten years for me to write the book. Though I had been taking notes and journaling the whole time. Journaling and praying to Christ caused me to see the need for training my mind and to show others as well. It matters what you pay attention to.

I've been writing ever since I was a child, I just never published anything until now.

What are your goals for your book?

To share it and bless.

Did you ever have any doubts? If so, how did you overcome those doubts?

Yes, I had doubts, however, lots of people who know me would ask me when am I going to write a book. I didn't want to write a book, just because I wanted to. I wanted to make sure that, that is what Jesus wanted me to do. So when I was certain after prayer, I wrote it.

To know how to train the mind. It takes work. Pay attention to what you pay attention to. In the back of the book, there are charts. One chart has columns for putting your wrong thoughts, what you should be thinking, and what you should be doing. There is a chart to mark the chapters in the Bible as you read each book of the Bible. Which I encourage you to make copies.

I have repented, believed, and received the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ plus nothing, and I work because I am saved, not to get saved. To God be the glory!!! I believe that we need to, we must renew our minds. That we must wash our minds with the word of God.
